Matt was drinking Nickel Brook Brewing Co.'s "Uncertainty Principle No. 6". This Wine Barrel-Aged Fruited Blended Sour with red currants & tart cherries was simply divine. It was tart, complex, slightly sweet & super smooth. It clocked in with a 7% ABV.
