Félix B. Desfossés & Ian Campbell the creators of No Speed Limit: Québec Metal & I have a conversation about their 1st brews, their 1st shows, the evolution of the Québec Metal Scene, why they chose to write a book, the biggest challenges, translating it to English & their hangover cure.

Throughout this interview, Félix was drinking Hopfenstark Brewery x Voivod 's "Lost Machine"! This SteinBier which is a traditional German style brew which is made by heating up rocks in a fire that are later placed in the wort was fantastic! Thanks to that unique process it has a more caramel & mineral flavor profile while remaining a crisp & crushable brew! It clocks in with a 5% ABV. Ian was drinking absolutely nothing because that is how Metal he is!!! While I was enjoying Le Trèfle Noir Brasserie Artisanale 's "Chernoe Pivo" the Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels. This phenomenal brew poured out with a thick black veil, smashed a booze driven nose, ripped a slightly sweet, chocolatey & coffee finish with a bourbon bite. It clocked in with a 8.7% ABV.
