A conversation about how we met, brewing craft beer with his father, how he started at Henderson Brewing, the Toronto craft beer scene, why metal & beer go together, listening to metal whilst brewing, finding inspiration & making beers with bands.

Throughout this interview we drank Henderson Brewing Co's Ides of September 2019 Privat's Pleasure a Rauchbier (Smoked Ale) with charred peaches that clocked in at 7% ABV. It was a lightly smoked ale with delicious hints of peaches that gave the beer just the right sweet bite. It was a very smooth & drinkable beer indeed!!
